In the Spring of 1991, Steven joined the predecessor firm of the CPA Group named Wallace, Lowery, and Associates.  Expertise includes accounting, auditing of small government entities, auditing of Missouri Mutual Insurance companies, small business consulting and accounting; and income tax planning & preparation.
